Tupat’s Poke Ceviche

Using 2 pounds of fish

  • Cut fish into small little pieces
  • Squeeze 3-4 limes into bowl with cut pieces of fish and let sit for 15-20 minutes
  • Add 1/2 cup of Tupat’s Hawaiian Poke Sauce to the fish and lime juice after the 15-20 minutes
  • Than add 3-4 Table spoons of Sirracha to the mix and stir nicely. Let sit in the refrigerator for 20-30 minutes.

Cut Red Onion, Red Pepper, Yellow Pepper and Orange Pepper. Dice very small.
Then cut desired amount of Cilantro.

Pour a half cup of White Wine Vinegar into a bowl with all the veggies and mix well. Add Sea Salt and White Pepper and mix again well.

Then add 1/8 a cup of Citrus Ponzu sauce and stir well.

Now mix the fish and the veggies together and mix well. Let sit for another 5-10 minutes in the fridge.

I like using fresh nachos and “Wholly Guacamole” and put the Ceviche on top and serve.
